About Manthan UX

Manthan is a Sanskrit word used to signify introspection, contemplation, and seek deeper understanding. Manthan was founded by Soma. After 20 years of working in house for tech and product for organisations like Dell, NVIDIA, IBM, and Booking.com, Soma established Manthan UX - an independent UX consultation and coaching practice.

She wants to use her expertise in a manner that isn’t confined to a single product, team, or company. Instead, working with diverse range of people through training, coaching, and leading user research endeavors for social impact projects will enable Soma to make meaningful contributions at scale.
